Southeastern Data proposes a way for corporations to ease their surplus electronic equipment overload problem, equipment obtained in lease returns, upgrades, overstocks, obsolescence etc. We are experienced in the re-marketing of such equipment worldwide and provide a market for both buyers and sellers. It generally takes less than 30 days from date of receipt to consummate a sale. We can provide logistic services for your organization from one or multiple locations as well as assist in equipment upgrades, conversions, de-installs and the palletizing of your equipment. We also provide online tracking for our customers to enable them to check the status of their equipment.

Additional services provided include electronic data destruction up to DoD 5220.22-M and NIST 800-88 standards, physical destruction, degaussing and testing and cleaning of all material to ensure the highest value return possible. Customers have the option of keeping high-end equipment at their location but we have found it easier to sell if we have the inventory at our facility.

Clients will receive a Certification of Destruction from Southeastern Data where we assume full responsibility for your products and we are held liable for any loss or damage. No electronics ever go to the landfill! A substantial insurance policy is in place for your protection. All employees must pass a national criminal background checks and our warehouse is monitored by a state of the art security system.
