Southeastern Data proposes a way
for corporations to ease their surplus electronic equipment
overload problem, equipment obtained in lease returns, upgrades,
overstocks, obsolescence etc. We are experienced in the
re-marketing of such equipment worldwide and provide a market
for both buyers and sellers. It generally takes 30-60 days from
date of receipt of equipment to consummate a sale. In addition,
normal electronic items such as computer systems, monitors and
printers generally turn over quicker. We can provide logistic
services for your organization from one or multiple locations as
well as assist in equipment upgrades, conversions, de-installs
and the palletizing of your equipment. We also provide online
tracking for our customers to enable them to check the status of
their equipment. Additional services provided include complete
data destruction, wiping of all hard drives pursuant to DoD
5220.22-M and the testing and cleaning of all material to ensure
the highest asset return possible. Customers also have the
option of keeping high-end equipment at their location but we
have found that it is usually easier to sell if we have
inventory in house.
Clients will receive certification from
Southeastern Data which we assume full responsibility for
your products and we are held liable for any loss or damage. A
substantial insurance policy is in place for your protection.
Our employees are bonded and our warehouse is protected by a
state of the art security system.
Along with this plan you will be able to
recycle all of your outdated electronics with us at no cost to
your firm. We have excellent business references that are
available on request as we have been specializing in this
business for ten years. We have been awarded through the state
of Florida’s DEP, license #FLR000127019.
