As a fully authorized and licensed computer and electronics recycling company, Southeastern Data has access to millions of pounds of used computer equipment and obsolete electronics and the strategic industry partnerships to manage your inventory as an asset, instead of a liability.

No longer is electronics recycling just about diverting tons of old systems and devices from landfills. It’s about making the best use of this material. This is why at Southeastern Data all equipment is recovered, remarketed, reused and/or recycled.

As a Microsoft Certified Refurbisher, all assets collected are effectively sorted. If the disposition of the material is slated for remarketing or reuse, material is subjected to data security sanitation and extensive testing–unless instructed otherwise by our customers.

After these steps are performed, they will be offered at a discount. If the material is older and unusable it is fully recycled at a processing facility. Commonly, we receive a wide range of computer parts, PC components, monitors, laptops, notebooks and more, from a variety of manufacturers including Cisco, HP and Samsung.

At any given time, we have like new, out-of-the-box pre-owned computers, or extra parts and pieces to be reused in computer upgrades, building whole systems or adding technology to your environment. Our inventory refreshes daily and we have commonly sold computer parts and technology devices available as well as unique and hard-to-find parts and equipment.

Fully refurbished computers go through a series of security and testing before ever offered for resale. These units are sanitized and can include upgrades to both memory and the hard drive—before being placed on the market for sale.

As an Authorized Microsoft Reseller, we can preload genuine, licensed Windows Operating Systems, on our refurbished computers, so buying from Southeastern Data, and its partners, means you can start using your computer the moment you receive it.
